Refund and Returns Policy

At Glossify, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to deliver high-quality products, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This policy explains when and how you can return items or request a refund.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 365 days of receiving your order.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair care products cannot be returned.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or personal negligence.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@glossify.pk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Our team will confirm if your request meets the policy requirements.
  3. Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 365 days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
